    DELIVERY TIME

    The real delivery time depends on the local courier. The tracking status might not be updated until it is in process of customs clearance or it is cleared by your local customs. The approximate delivery times are as follows.

    Standard Shipping 7-15 Business Days 

    Express Shipping 3-5 Business Days

    INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

    Customers are responsible for customs fees. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

    WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

    Please confirm that the shipping address within your order is correct prior to purchasing. Notify us immediately upon checkout if your shipping address is incorrect and you need to change it. If tracking number is issued, $25 'return to sender’ fee and further $10 postage fee will be charged.

    Once a package is in the possession of the courier, Brenda Aurora has no control over shipping arrival times. You may reference the shipping notification email for tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

     

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES 

    All items undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.

    Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, send a photo of the damaged part or the wrong item you received, along with your order number within 7 days from the delivery date to support@brendaaurora.com
    we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.
